I don't know how he does it. And I'm not the type of person to buy from the same place twice I go where I get the best deal. With Frank I don't even question it. He goes out of his way to drive a car to my job for me to take a look at it because he knew that I would like it and I bought it on the spot. When it came time trading it in for another I didn't try to make money selling it privately I just give it to him when he found my new car and it saved me a ton of money and stress. And when the car needed service and I didn't have time to bring it down there he drove all the way to my house with a loaner car and took care of it for me.
