A short while later, I had a test drive scheduled, a trade-in value estimated, and a hold deposit paid. A few days later, I happily drove THE car (an E450) 3 hours home to the east coast. Colin is the absolute best ! I never felt any salesperson pressure which is rare in the industry, but did feel like a valued customer before I even became one. Every question I asked was answered right away, and that includes post-sale queries. On top of all that, Colin and the rest of the team working the day I came in were so kind to my dog Oscar. As all dog owners know, you can tell a lot about a person by how they treat animals and how the animal responds to them. Let's just say that Oscar was sad to leave the dealership. I have been looking for a specific E53 for 2 years and every time I have inquired to dealers across the US appreciate a great sales professional. I have been looking for a specific E53 for 2 years and every time I have inquired to dealers across the US I get a bad salesmen who drags their feet and lacks urgency. I have missed out purchasing this vehicle twice Elsewhere because the salesmen didn’t call me back in time (days later) or never called back at all. Frank got my message called me back in under 5 minutes! He confirmed the car was there and sent me a video of it and took the keys too make sure no one could buy it. He even came to my home after hours too personally deliver the car and teach me how too operate it.
