I was pretty disappointed by the entire process until I met Georgina. She was incredibly genuine and transparent, while being patient as I asked questions about various models. Ultimately I found exactly what I was looking for and left the dealership a very satisfied customer. I'd strongly recommend Georgina, it was such a seamless process - she knows the models inside and out, and took all the stress out of the equation. More

When I located the most recent Mercedes Benz that I was interested in buying, I called Mercedes Benz of Boston and they scheduled me an appointment to come in to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership they had the vehicle out front as promised. With that being said a young lady approached me and introduced herself as Georgina a sales associate... I was a bit hesitant to deal with a young lady as I am a car guy and like to learn most of the options before purchasing. Let me just start by saying my first impression of Georgina was totally wrong. Georgina was by far the most knowledgeable sales consultant I have ever purchased a vehicle from, she answered each and every single question I had about the vehicle and totally blew me away with all her knowledge... she even taught me about several options I didn't even know about. Keep up the good work Georgina I will certainly be returning for my next Mercedes Benz purchase soon. More

It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was one of the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with him. I didn't feel pressured. He and Chadi made me feel very comfortable. I left the dealership feeling like I got the best deal. Keith's called me the day after I picked up the car to see if everything was ok. He told me if I needed anything or had any questions to contact him. While I was at Chambers, I had Hanover Benz dealership calling me offering more of a discount on a car. They told me they did not want to lose a sale to Chambers. The fact that Keith cut thru the nonsense of negotiating , the other offer wasn't important to me. In some of my past car buying experiences, I have walked out of dealerships to get the other offer. I have confidence that the Chambers dealerships do a good job taking care of their customers. I have experienced great Customer Service at the Lexus dealerships. More
