Great Service! I was in the market for a used Honda Pilot, and Mercedes Benz of Boston had the vehicle that I wanted. I worked with Jessica, the Internet Sales Manag I was in the market for a used Honda Pilot, and Mercedes Benz of Boston had the vehicle that I wanted. I worked with Jessica, the Internet Sales Manager, and she kept me up to date on when the car was serviced and ready for a test drive. I came out to the dealership, and my Sales Consultant was Georgina Stavropoulos. The car looked like new, and I was very interested, however during the test drive I noticed that the dash had a noticeable rattle, and for me that would be a problem. Over the next few days Georgina worked with the service department at the dealership to remove the dash and resolve the problem! I came back on a Friday night, test drove the vehicle again, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, due to an error by the finance office that evening, I was unable to purchase the car, and that was a disappointment, as I live on the South Shore and it is difficult for me to get up into Boston due to the heavy traffic. In an effort to provide outstanding customer service, on Monday I worked with the finance office over the phone, and Georgina drove the car down to me for delivery with paperwork in hand that evening! She saved me a 2 hour commute into Boston! I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with Georgina, and I applaud her customer service. I would recommend her as a Sales Consultant for any future car buyers! More
