We had been searching for a small sized car for months and decided to walk in to the Mercedes dealership before making up our mind. Little did we know that Alex Fine was going to get the job done in a most pleasing manner! Alex listened to what we were looking for and gave us the opportunity to test drive and consider two very different rides and models. He conveyed his enthusiasm about the brand and the features of each model in a very polished way. He was thorough and willing to spend the time with us. For example, he knew he pretty much had the sale when we were debating whether to order a car or to buy the available car without the park assist feature; Alex made sure that we go for one more test drive with another model that had this feature to help us decide. He also made it amply clear that service did not stop at the moment we bought the car. He has contacted us since the sale to see if we are satisfied and plans to go over questions after we have driven the car for some time. Credit goes to Alex Fine for this sale. The dealership experience is also pleasant. We have waited in other dealerships before anyone comes over to talk. Not here. We were greeted right away.
