During my visit one observed my arrival vehicle had a coffee mug bearing the logo of another German manufacturer. As I readied to drive off with my new joy….an E550 4Matic, Albert reappeared to give me a Mercedes coffee mug of the same color as my new vehicle. A perfect and classy gentleman, who assisted with my purchase, Keith spent a great deal of time with me. He gave me instructions on all of the equipment at the time of purchase, and even came out to the house to install my garage door opener and give me more "lessons." In addition, when there were still little things I wanted rectified, Keith personally came to the school where I am employed and took the car back to be further serviced. I appreciated the fact that everything was done for me, including paperwork, and I owe all of that to Keith Robinson, your sales associate. More

We were in a difficult position to put a lot of money into our older R class or get into something different. Time was of the essence and our Sales Associate Alex Fine was incredible. He is extremely personible and was very helpful to make sure our needs were met. Alex gave me an overview of all the features and a very informative test drive. The process was basically seamless and I was extremely happy. The financial associate Jeff was just as helpful. In a sales situation I did not feel any pressure and everyone was very accommodating. I have already recommended many friends to come into your location, the customer service from sales is worth it alone. In the town I live in there is a new Mercedes dealership opening but I do plan to continue coming to your location because I feel I have already build a relationship and feel comfortable there. Again, I can not say enough about Alex Fine. He made it a point to call the day after I brought the car home to make sure I was happy.
