I bought a GLK250 from Mercedes-Benz Of Boston and worked with Alex Fine. He is a caring sales consultant and did amazing job in closing the deal, getting vehicle of my choice from an out of state dealership with Alex Fine. He is a caring sales consultant and did amazing job in closing the deal, getting vehicle of my choice from an out of state dealership and getting the paperwork done ASAP. Alex not only matched the price that I had in my mind, he also helped me in getting the vehicle couple of days earlier than promised date and stayed till late evening to make sure I pick up the car on the day I wanted. He was also very responsive to emails and any voice messages left for him. I find myself lucky because I closed the deal with the very first sales person I met, once I decided to visit near by dealerships. Of course credit goes to Alex. Great person to work with, professional and courteous in every way. In my book very highly recommended. More

I recently leased a brand new E class from this dealership and couldn't be happier with my experience. Thomas Parker helped me throughout the whole process and clearly understood what I was looking dealership and couldn't be happier with my experience. Honestly though, I had a good time leasing this vehicle and it was all thanks to Thomas. He is so knowledgeable about Mercedes and really just wants to put you in a car that works for you. When it came to the final terms he laid everything out in a clear and concise way and I had no trouble understanding. Thomas was very responsive to questions I had over email and kept me well in the loop as my vehicle was being shipped to the dealership. I couldn't have been more excited when he handed me the keys and we went to pull the cover off the car. Thomas even went above and beyond (in many cases) and Fedex'ed me my NY Jets license place bracket off my older trade in - it was even nice and clean! I would definitely get another car from Thomas! Maged handled the sale of two Mercedes Benz cars within one month, one of which was delivered to our home in Maine on Christmas eve. Both cars exceeded our expectations, and Maged even called on Christmas one month, one of which was delivered to our home in Maine on Christmas eve.
