I was fortunate enough to work with Rob Tinkham to purchase my new car. Throughout the entire process, Rob was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, accessible. Rob was quick to provide his personal cell phone number, and I never waited more than 15 minutes for a return phone call -- even late at night or on the weekends. He was respectful and fair throughout the entire process, and there were never any surprises or hidden costs. With Rob, there is no hassle or games. When I picked up the car, Rob also took the time to review the owner's manual and show me everything in the car (which took nearly an hour given the advanced technology and outstanding features on the new E class). I was also impressed with how clean and polished the car was when I picked it up -- not a single streak on the glass or a missed water spot. The decision to purchase my latest Mercedes from Chambers Motorcars was an easy one. I have worked with the outstanding service department at Chambers Motorcars for more than three years, and on every visit they serviced my car promptly and efficiently. Unlike many other dealerships I have worked with, I was surprised that Chambers actually tried to save me money -- many times offering less expensive repair options. I have always been able to get an appointment when it's convenient for me, and the service advisors take the time to explain -- up front -- what is wrong with the car, how to repair it, and how much it is going to cost. Chambers also goes out of their way to make servicing your vehicle as convenient as possible by offering a courtesy ride to work or a loaner vehicle. I would highly recommend Chambers Motorcars, to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced, without reservation. It simply does not get any better than Chambers Motorcars. More

The intake area is always ready for you as the door opens and the valet promptly greets you and leads you to your waiting SErvice Consultant. In the more recent visits I have worked with Stephen Lopes. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and quite considerate of your time. As you describe your maintenance or repair requirement he pain stakenly insures that the technician orders include all the relevant detail needed so that the problem or work is done right. I have not experienced a stop with the service consultant that lasted longer than 5-10 minutes before I am given my voucher for the loaner car at Enterprise, a 20 second walk across the Valet area. It does not get more convenient than that. The sales team at Enterprise is very professional, prompt, and they are committed to getting the Customer on his way as quickly as possible in clean, attractive, and well maintained vehicles. Very often I get to drive the latest Mercedes Benz models, a terrific way to expose Customers to the wonderful line of vehicles. It's great to step out of the SUV once in a while and climb into a sleek C300 for the day. Back to Stephen. As I said, he has been my Service Consultant for the last few visits. He goes way above the norm in his efforts to keep you informed about your vehicle's progress. I had one issue that was a difficult diagnostic process. He made sure to stay in regular touch with me passing Technician questions about the issue real time so that they could make continual progress and stay focused on my vehicle until the issue was finally found and corrected the final time. Stephen is very focused on the Customer experience and you can see he takes his job and duties at Herb Chambers very seriously indeed. No one likes to take there car for service. We are all so busy so much of the time. I will say however, the experience at Herb Chambers takes much of the usual hassle out of the experience as possible making each experience one that makes you want to tell others about it. Great Job! We brought our C320 in for annual service. It needed a couple of additional items serviced which would take some additional time, but we had a plane to catch. The Service Advisor, Kim, had the additional couple of additional items serviced which would take some additional time, but we had a plane to catch. My husband switched to Herb Chambers from another Mercedes dealer quite a few years ago because of a service issue, as he has 2 Mercedes (company cars) and he personally drives a Maybach and I also h Mercedes dealer quite a few years ago because of a service issue, as he has 2 Mercedes (company cars) and he personally drives a Maybach and I also have a Mercedes. We were lucky enough to get Rob Tinkham as our salesperson as well as Nathan Haugh as our service advisor. These two gentleman consistently provide the highest quality of service possible. There professionalism, knowledge and promptness in addressing any and all of our issues is beyond compare. They both go above and beyond! They are truly an asset to the Herb Chambers establishment. Rob has gone as far as picking up and delivering to our home. Nathan, he's just awesome,he is so accommodating, he makes the whole service experience a pleasure. Because of these two gentleman we will continue to buy Mercedes from Chambers and continue to have all of our service work done there. More

My service advisor,Enio Rebolo, listened to my concerns about my automobile and he was not in a rush. Enio kept me informed as the work was progressing and gave me timely updates. There were no surprises. When I picked up my automobile, Enio suggested that he would check into one minor point as a follow up. This is above and beyond what is expected. A great job Enio!!! In July, 2001 I purchased my E320 from Chambers Motorcars of Boston. From time to time, my car has required service. While I mentioned Stephen Lopes, I've really had great experience with all of the service advisors, they've got my car in with short notice and taken care of me. They always keep me updated when I'm waiting or by telephone if I drop my car off. One time I stopped by for service, and my friend who is blind was with me. We got seperated. The dealership was busy as usual.One of the other service advisors helped my friend get to where I was. Needless to say, he was very impressed with the customer service at Chambers Motorcars. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Chambers Motorcars within the past 3 years and both experiences have been far better than I would have expected from any car dealership. I do realize that this is a Mercedes dealership and the service should be terrific -- however, I have been to other Mercedes dealerships in the area and have not had the same care and attention. We dealt specifically with Dennis Saint Aubin and he was on top of all the details from helping us look at different models to going over all aspects of the new car I finally did buy (trade-in, financing, service -- he helped with it all). I would and do recommend Chambers Motorcars -- they do go the extra mile to make your automotive purchase as painless as possible. More
