Great at lip service, horrible at identifying, or God forbid fixing the simplest issue in your car. Took the car to Manhattan and it was fixed from the first time. Then it was the annoying alerts coming from the navigation system. That one was beyond their comprehension! So, I gave up on it waiting to return the leased car to get rid of it. Now the heating function on the A/C. Three times, back and forth, with a loaner and a full week of toying around with the car and every time I pick up the car and turn the heat on, it blows cold air. The manager brought a temperature gauge and measured the air coming out of the vents to be 70 degrees when the heater was set to 84 degrees! The service department 's superintendent's excuse was "I compared your car to another one in the garage and they both performed similarly!!! After driving the car for 10 minutes the temperature dropped even further to 65 degrees! Once again, I'll be taking the car to Manhattan to get it properly fixed. Mind you, they will haunt you for a five-star review after the regular service visit, but never ask you for one when there they know they screwed up badly! Shame on MB for allowing this to continue! Always have had horrible customer service at MB Brooklyn. I buy my cars in Manhattan. As I live in Brooklyn, I called MB as I needed 4 new tires. They stated that they had them in stock. I asked if I needed I buy my cars in Manhattan. As I live in Brooklyn, I called MB as I needed 4 new tires. They stated that they had them in stock. I asked if I needed to make an appointment as I needed them ASAP due to poor treads and a leak in one of them. They informed me that because this was urgent, I could just call and come in. Well, I called to inform them I was coming in. I was informed that they were too busy. I immediately hung up. I called Pep Boys, they told me to come right in. They did not have the tires in stock but had them there the next day and installed them for me. If you are going to deal with a MB dealership, go elsewhere. Manhattan MB is focused on customer service. I've heard Jersey is great as well. I am due to buy my next GLE 43 Coupe in a couple of years but will NOT patronize this dealership More

I went to pick up my new car l leased and return the car lease that the dealer was taking back from me on April 1, 2024 and brought a check for the full amount and gave it to the dealership in good faith. After waiting about two hours, they told me the car was not there, so I left the dealership with the car I was supposed to return to them and they kept the check. I followed up with them for two weeks until I received my car on April 15, 2024. During that time, I incurred a lot of extra mileage on the car I was supposed to return and also a late fee as a payment was not made on time, and the car was not returned on time. After being hounded by Mercedes financial, I told them it’s not my responsibility because the dealership did not deliver my car on time so they should be paying for the excess mileage and the late fee. Mercedes financial contacted the dealership Refused to take responsibility for this so again Mercedes financial is hounding me on this matter I have tried reaching out to the dealership by phone and by text And I do not receive any responses. This is affecting my credit and it’s really wrong for the dealership to act this way therefore, if there was an option of no star rating that is what I would give them, but since one star is the lowest that is what I am posting More

I just found out that, the other people purchased the same mode of car, in the same time as my, our "Market value adjustment" price is $10,000 higher, so when you guys looking for buying cars, have to go to different places to check, to compare before purchase..... that's my bad purchased experience at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. Some dealer, different brand name's car, they don't charge on the Market Value Adjustment" anymore..... but I found out too late..... good luck to the people who's looking for purchase car....
