Jerry Petitto - Honest, straight forward and knowledgeable I found a car that meet all my requirements on-line at a price that was below market value. My concern was that I live 350 miles away and that once I I found a car that meet all my requirements on-line at a price that was below market value. My concern was that I live 350 miles away and that once I got there I would have no negotiating leverage relative to my existing car. After talking with Jerry and framing up our deal, I took a chance and drove to Brooklyn hoping there were no "surprises". There were none! And I could not have been happier with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service I received from Mr. Petitto and the rest of the staff and even the Financial Manger. No hard pressure up sales once I shared I was not in need of those services. Overall terrific experience.
