Amazing Customer Service I had to make a last minute emergency visit because I got two flat tires. When I called up I was told that they are busy but they would be glad to fit me and told me to come in as soon as possible. When I got there, Carol was my service consultant. I explained to her that this is my 3rd flat and she was able to assist me with getting a tire insurance plan. She was very kind and helpful. She assisted me very promptly and told me she would call me when the car was ready. I have had a great experience with Carol as my consultant considering I have been in for emergency visit without appointments before and with Carol, I didn't feel like I was a burden. I will definately be asking for her next time I make an appointment. More

SHE FULLY UNDERSTOOD MY REASONS FOR BRINGING MY CAR FOR SERVICE, AN UNEXPLAINED NOISE FROM THE FR MS MORIN GREETED ME PROMPTY AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME. SHE FULLY UNDERSTOOD MY REASONS FOR BRINGING MY CAR FOR SERVICE, AN UNEXPLAINED NOISE FROM THE FRONT END, A MISSING MOLDING, AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO AN OUTSIDE MIRROR. I RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT MORNING EXPLAINING IN DETAIL THAT THE NOISE WAS A LOOSE BOLT AND WAS CORRECTED; THE MIRROR WAS FINE; AND THE MOLDING WAS REPLACED. SHE THEN WENT ON TO EXPLAIN RECCOMMENDED SERVICE ITEMS. I AUTHORIZED ALL THE ITEMS THAT SHE DEEMED IMPORTANT. I FOUND HER DEMEANOR, ATTITUDE AND ATTENTION TO MY VEHICLE AS WELL AS MYSELF TO BE EXCELLENT. WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE I FOUND THAT IT WAS WASHED AND METICULOUSLY CLEAN. When you do choose to wait for a service the amount of time quoted is the amount of time it takes, and on occasion you are out even sooner. The people in the service area are all extremely professional, knowledgable and very friendly. Carol never disappoints and often exceeds, what you would expect from a service rep. Based on my 30 years of owning new cars and dealing with service people i would absolutely base my decisions on where to lease my next vehicle largely on the service area first. More
