This past weekend, I leased a new 2014 ML 350 from Steve McCloskey. Steve was great, he sat with me for several hours, discussing colors, options and financing. When I came into the dealership, I already had a quote from a different dealership. I showed Steve my quote and after speaking with his team, he was able to beat the price and offer additional options at the lowered price. I walked in feeling cautious and anxious, Steve made sure I understood all the details and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The team at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I look forward to working with them when my lease is due to expire. More

Great customer service On Saturday morning, we called because we had hit a pot hole late Friday night. They told us to bring the car right in. Very friendly and helpful. We hung out in the lounge and had coffee and a bagel while we waited for the car. Carol continually updated us on the progress of the car.
