I have dealt with Michael Chase for my prior 2 Mercedes purchases. He was always helpful, honest, courteous and professional. Since Michael is the sales manager, he referred me to Lauren Ragusa. From the beginning of my dealings with Lauren, she has also been helpful, honest, courteous and professional. Unfortunately for Lauren, my purchase was a difficult one. I wanted a specific exterior/interior that was almost impossible to find. Through much hard work and attention to detail, she came up with exactly what I was looking for. All in all, Lauren was the reason my purchase was enjoyable and went so smoothly. I greatly appreciated that she took quite a bit of time to show me the features of the car, while setting up my equipment preferences. Figure 15-20 mins after your sched appointment. Picking up car is the same thing! Service: I bought this car not for the price, but for the reputation of quality and customer service. This dealership does not have the later. When I pay for a 21 pt inspection on a "service A" which states: check all tire pressures, I expect that to happen. But I went home and had to put air in 2 tires as per the dash readout. Didn't any of those high school dropout mechanics try that?????? And the inspection: "oh you can just wait for that, it will be done in a short while"...I eventually left, ate breakfast and called and still not ready. Picked it up 4 hrs later, and that was a short while? why not just tell me to come back later that afternoon?? If there was another dealership in close proximity, I'd use them, but I'm stuck! I am not looking forward to my next service, again, it's not the price I'm concerned with, but the customer care really is minimal. Hopefully, by the time my next Benz is purchased, I'll have moved somewhere where they handle customers better, maybe down South, who knows... More

Excited to finally be a part of the Mercedes-Benz family! Terrance Day was the dealer who helped me to lease my 2014 C300, and he was absolutely amazing! Fortunately, I decided to give it another go and I had the pleasure of working with Terrance. He was knowledgable, respectful, and he stuck to the facts. He made me feel like my time was appreciated and he helped me to understand all of the important information about both the vehicle and the financing before I signed on the dotted line. He has a great sense of humor, is very easy-going, and I am definitely letting all of my fellow friends, family, and co-workers know to go see him directly if they are interested in purchasing or leasing a Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, he helped me to take advantage of my company's fleet pricing program (Apple, Inc) so I was able to get the car I wanted and save a bit too!
