I'm a long time MB customer and got my 4 previous cars from this dealership, but unfortunately I will not do it anymore. Today was my last visit. I was talking to Tim Shishko, told him straight forwa cars from this dealership, but unfortunately I will not do it anymore. Today was my last visit. I was talking to Tim Shishko, told him straight forward the deal offer I have from another dealership and asked him if he's going to match this price I will get a car from MB of Brooklyn. He could not match it, which is totally fine. My original deal was for 12K miles a year, so I thought I may have a deal with 10K per year, so the price will be a bit lower. It would be still higher than the other dealership (not much), but I'd take it from Brooklyn because of future convenience. The guy looked at me kind of strange like I'm asking something weird and said - it does not matter how many miles per year - the price will be the same. I think these people getting really spoiled and it's time to teach them, that in internet era majority of customers are well educated to know, that the price of a lease depends on couple factors and one of them is miles per year. If this guy things that he's customer an idiot with no clue about leasing process - I don't wanna deal with him and the dealership he represents. So...bye bye MB of Brooklyn, thanks to Tim Shishko. Steve was a fantastic sales guy. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make sure that I got exactly that. He called to follow up after I bought the car and to make sure that i was happy. To whom it may concern : My name is Hakam Abusabe and i To whom it may concern : My name is Hakam Abusabe and i have recently taken my Mercedes benz to the service center at 1800 shore parkway location. t To whom it may concern : My name is Hakam Abusabe and i have recently taken my Mercedes benz to the service center at 1800 shore parkway location. there I found that not only were the personnel kind , courteous and professional but also they were well knowledgeable in their particular field as well and when i asked certain questions pertaining to the issue my car had I saw a great display of interest in these questions. They where able to answer and take the time out to explain to me the problem and also explaining how they were going to fix the problem . I have had a great deal of cars leased or bought in the past from Cadillac and the Infiniti M37X and many more . But when I dealt with other service centers or showroom personnel they are in no way near the professional know how, respect . kindness , and concern to their clientele as I have personally seen at 1800 shore parkway . I have felt so comfortable to the point where i wasn't hesitant in anyway or uncomfortable to ask a question . I literally felt like I was at home and in the future I will definitely continue on doing business with this particular showroom and service center as well as to refer these wonderful individuals to family and friends . Thanks to Mr. Asad and Mr. Jerry from the showroom floor to Mr. john from the service department to whom all made it a very exceptional most positive and outstanding experience I've had in many years . Simply put, the Mercedes damaged the car and would not admit it in spite of the documentation in their possession to prove otherwise. The service manager then said they wouldn't cover it because they don admit it in spite of the documentation in their possession to prove otherwise. The service manager then said they wouldn't cover it because they don't claim responsibility for damages of that nature. Now I have a busted front grill, dislodged bumper and a light that is constantly on saying my hood is open (it's not actually open). As the service manager listed off the other damages on the dealership walkaround form (none of these new damages were on there of course) he smugly listed each individual item with a slight Brooklyn scratch as if the car had been driven through a destruction derby, noting each individual rim scuff as if having hit a pot hole 6 months ago somehow relieves him from the responsibility of repairing the damage caused by his workers. Also this car has 13k miles and has now been in the shop for major problems 3 times. (it had to be towed in this time after calling road side assistance due to a complete power failure) To be clear there was one nice employee there who is blameless in this whole ordeal, but even though he should be, he is not a manager and ultimately his kindness delivered no results. I apologize to that guy for the fact that none of the 6 mercedes benzs in the family will be replaced with good cars that have good dealership support. More
