I went in for MB scheduled maintenance, and also need an inspection. I have an exceptional situation with my vehicle, since I am leaving my ex and the car is leased in his name. He had refused, through his inspection. I have an exceptional situation with my vehicle, since I am leaving my ex and the car is leased in his name. He had refused, through his lawyer, to maintain the car in any way. I also had a cracked side mirror and most likely needed it to be replaced, in some way, and have the piece checked out. The work was completed correctly and in a very reasonable time frame. Everyone, was helpful and understanding of my situation, rushed to get me in (before the end of the month b/c my inspection was ready to expire) and was polite and very kind. They were able to address all my issues in a timely manner, while my family and I waited for the vehicle. John even came in to the waiting area several times to check in on us and keep us updated. It was great that they also had a nice waiting area, where my parents, daughter and I could relax and keep my little one entertained with TV and their iPads. More

Service was absolutely amazing we had trouble with our car at the most inconvenient time (wedding week) John was prompt in calling me with updates and helping us get the same exact vehicle as a loner. I came along with two of my co-workers to inquire about a 2010 white C-300 I've seen online. We were highly intimidated by the luxury vehicles that surrounded the show room. Upon meeting Mr. Charvet and Mr. Chan they immediately made us feel welcomed. We were all offered pizza and refreshments for free. Mr.Chan and Mr. Castelli put my friends and I at ease by joking with us to diffuse the nervousness we had. My Inquiry turned into a sale when Mr. Chan and Mr. Castelli showed me how affordable the car could be. I was just amazed at how well we were treated. I felt like a celebrity. My favorite part of the whole sale was ringing the bell at the door. Everyone stood up and gave me a round of applause. At that point I knew I made the right choice by choosing Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. A month later after my purchase, my expectations were exceeded when I received a dish garden that was delivered to my house to further thank me. I was truly blown away. More
