I initially chose this dealership based on the high customer ratings. I do not live in the NYC metro area but felt the reviews justified a train trip to Brooklyn. When I arrived, I was treated as if I were the number one customer there even through the dealership was very busy. The car I initially was looking to test drive was not the most expensive one there by far but David made sure I was still treated like gold. I ended up choosing another vehicle that I love (CLK350). David made sure that the service shop had the car spotless and checked all the things on the vehicle (including changing the oil) to make sure I had a safe drive back to the DC that night. While the vehicle was being serviced, Asad in financing made the paperwork so easy and was completed very quickly. When the vehicle was ready, Matt (another employee) took me to the vehicle and spent 30 minutes going over all the features it had including programming radio stations and my seat controls for me. I already own an older Mercedes Benz and have never received such a thorough instruction form a dealership. I was at the dealership towards the end of the day when they were about to close and they never made me feel rushed, in fact would have continued to stay even longer if I needed to. (They even offered to order me dinner before I headed out because it was getting late).I would like to say thank you to everyone involved in making this the best buying experience I have ever had. I would and have recommended this dealership to my friends and family. It was absolutely worth the trip. Thank you! More
