Poor service I brought my 2018 GLC300 with only 6800 miles complaining of squeaky brakes and was told that Mercedes says this is normal and they can’t do anything I brought my 2018 GLC300 with only 6800 miles complaining of squeaky brakes and was told that Mercedes says this is normal and they can’t do anything about it and the warranty only covers this type of issue for 12 months or 12000 miles. My car only has 6800 miles and is 18months old. Is this the quality that Mercedes wants to be associated with. Or is this just poor dealer service. They did not. even look at the car to determine if there was an underlying issue. At this point I think I will switch to another car brand upon expiration of my lease. Very disappointed in Mercedes always thought they were better than this. More
