I was in Brooklyn yesterday dropping off a family member at JFK, when on my way home i went to close the sunroof and i heard a loud scary clunk followed by a unresponsive sunroof. In a panic since it was st at JFK, when on my way home i went to close the sunroof and i heard a loud scary clunk followed by a unresponsive sunroof. In a panic since it was stuck OPEN and i don't have a garage, i bee-lined it to the nearest dealer which happened to be Sovereign MB of Brooklyn. It was a little after 6PM on a holiday when i arrived not to mention after their normal hours, but luckily for me they still took me right in. When i got there Maureen quickly grabbed the Mechanic before he left and explained they should be able to get it closed for now until i can bring it in. To my surprise she then said the Mechanic has the part and will go ahead and swap it now while i waited! Literally 15 minutes later the Mechanic came over and showed me the busted gear and explained what he performed on the car. Again.. they were still technically closed.. Talk about Amazing service! Mercedes of Brooklyn and Maureen really saved me from a real jam (pun intended) All my maintenance/service work will be from MB of Brooklyn from now on, including my extended warranty will be purchased from here as a way for me to say Thanks! This must be the Mercedes experience i have been hearing about!! Great Job all the way around!! More
