Getting my car serviced used to be a pain in the you know what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any quest what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any questions I had and escorted me to the waiting area where I was served REAL coffee (not that cheap stuff), with the option for a complimentary breakfast. There's also a few IPads available to help pass the time. Because of all this, I actually look forward to getting my car serviced and also to check out the new models. I'm on my second Mercedes lease from this dealer, and I'm already thinking about my third. More

When bringing my car in for service, I am always greeted with a smile and often engage in day to day pleasant conversation; everyone is approachable. The service manager and everyone behind the desk are friendly and understanding, always ensuring my car is serviced as quickly as possible and everything is explained to me. Christian Charvet (Sales Manager), Carol Morin (Service Advisor), and Ertan Jusuf (Asst Service Manager) have all been particularly wonderful. Thank you!!! More

He returns all my calls in a timely manner, keeps me abreast of the status of my car, and makes me feel confident all my car issues will be resolved. He does so in a very friendly, reassuring manner. When the time came to service my car I met Alfonso Perr currently Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn, it was a pleasure to deal with the sales representative. When the time came to service my car I met Alfonso Perri, and since than I have been lucky to have him as my service advisor. Al is always on the top of the issue, no matter how big or small, and I trust him with my car. Mr.Perri treats customers as though they are family.
