The only thing I can criticize, is this form for not allowing me to award a value higher than "5". Although I am a platinum member, I actually chose to make the trip to the service location instead of utilizing the pick-up/drop-off service, solely because from the moment I arrive, I’m treated like royalty. I’d love to know what Sovereign MB is slipping into the coffee of their employees, because I’d sure like to have some. I began my day there at the desk of Sovereign’s service rep Carol Morin, who was extremely attentive to my needs, well focused, upbeat, polite and knowledgeable. If this was not enough, to my welcomed surprise, when my car was ready, I was greeted by a cheerful and extremely knowledgeable service engineer by the name of Steve Bylis, who discussed the service in detail (in technical terms that I was able to understand), noting where I currently stood and what the next steps were, with pros and cons for available service options. Both, the assigned service representative and service engineer exhibited patience of a Saint. Although I posed numerous questions, consuming probably a fair amount of their valuable time, they never once gave me any indication that they were rushing me along, were uninterested or annoyed. I was truly saddened when my vehicle’s service was completed and the key then handed to me, because it meant returning to the "real world", outside of Sovereign MB, where life and people are less kind and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoy being treated like I’m Sovereign’s ONLY customer! More
I was shopping for a new car and e-mailed several dealership in NY/NJ area. Peter was among the few who actively followed up with me and tried hard to find the best match car. Once you reached an agreemnt on price, they work very efficiently to put all documents in order and there was no hidden cost or false promises. I picked up the car in three days and everything was up to my expectation. No one knows which dealership will offer you the most competitive price, but I'd certainly recommend talking to them. More

if you didn't purchase the car from them they would give you the worst treatment , my car is being sitting there for a month its only 12k miles and they don't want cover it under the warranty , because they you the worst treatment , my car is being sitting there for a month its only 12k miles and they don't want cover it under the warranty , because they claim that the fuel was tested and it has bio diesel, and the engine needs to be replaced , also i no warning sign or check engine . they recommend me to do insurance claim because that the only way to get it fixed , now after all , they don't even want to give the insurance the fuel test they gave them repair order and they keep giving me the run around , and they claiming that mb usa has the fuel test . i called mb usa and they said we don't have it , so bottom line is they all bunch of liars they just want to rip you off because you didn't get the car from them . they don't even want consider any courtesy since i had 4 mercedes since 2003.
