Sonny, While I appreciate your attempt to reach out, you're simply wasting your time. I am blown away about how negative an experience both of my times visiting the dealership were. I don't know what was worse -- the fact I was blatantly lied to about the past history of the vehicle, or the fact that I was kept waiting a half hour while your sales team tried to drum up a way of getting me to sign paperwork prior to handing over the Carfax report. It's also pretty humorous to see I was lied to again after the fact: the same C300 I looked at is STILL listed for sale on your website. I guess it's a pretty safe bet to assume Moe lied about having another buyer in place too? The bottom line is that purchasing a car -- whether new, or used -- should be an enjoyable experience. I received nothing but warm service and people willing to help over at Ray Catena. My new car is great, my experience with you was not. And I'll be sure to let everyone know.
