I purchased a C230 back in 2003, Sovereign did the service and warranty issues there except for one on this car. Good service up to when I sold the car in 2008. I purchased a SLK 55 @ Ray Catena i service and warranty issues there except for one on this car. Good service up to when I sold the car in 2008. I purchased a SLK 55 @ Ray Catena in Edison in 2008, They did the first service. My SLK was damaged in the rear, I decided to take it to Sovereign. The day I picked up the car, I realized it was not washed. Perhaps I did not buy the car there, *No Platinum Membership*, *No wash*. I never had a issue there so I did not inspect the car at all, Besides my car is black and if its not clean it is hard to see the paint work. That night I noticed the driver door had a ding and the door jamb was chipped. The car is never parked on the street, And hardly ever used, *6K miles for three years. *Car does not even have valid inspection. I know the damage was either from the body shop they sent it to or from them. I had to leave home for a few weeks so I did not pursue it right away. Upon completing a survey from Mercedes Benz, Sovereign called me about the results. After a brief conversation they said they would repair the damage. I drop the car off on on Tuesday November 23, They called on 24 and said the car was ready. They are taking responsibility for damage, That's all that counts for me.
