⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough amazing things about Tevin and the level of service I received! I’m a new Mercedes owner — I’ve always been a Cadillac girl — so I honestly didn’t know what to expect when it c and the level of service I received! I’m a new Mercedes owner — I’ve always been a Cadillac girl — so I honestly didn’t know what to expect when it came to Mercedes service. I called at the last minute and was able to get a same-day appointment shortly before closing, and from there, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. They arranged an Uber to get me home, and although I was supposed to Uber back the next day to pick up my vehicle, work became extremely busy and I simply couldn’t get away. Tevin went ABOVE AND BEYOND. At the end of his shift, he personally drove my car all the way to my home and then took an Uber back to the dealership. THAT is service! This was truly top-tier, white-glove service from beginning to end. I was a little hesitant as a new Mercedes owner, but Tevin completely won me over. I have officially found my Mercedes service home on Peachtree in Buckhead, and I will absolutely be requesting Tevin every single time. Love, love, LOVE the experience!
