Twice…two times…they held my METRIS hostage for waaaaay more days then necessary. The first time was for a warranty sticker from a recent recall. This time was for a standard service. I would not be this upset had they had some courtesy to call or email with updates and better response times. I understand there is new ownership from another state who may have kept some of the old crew around but they didn’t keep up with Mercedes quality. Had me going home in an uber economy…from a Mercedes dealership!!! Bring back the courtesy van or give me a like model loaner for allllll services that will take longer than 3 days. This is a work vehicle that you kept more than 2 weeks each time!! Yes, that is unacceptable. Hire me to come to your business to make calls and email updates after hours so people don’t waste 4 hours of their day getting back and forth to your dealership in Buckhead traffic. More
