Worst experience I’ve ever had and this is coming from a certified technician. I bought a TCM from them and asked if it could be programmed. The service advisor mark said it would be no problem and even sai certified technician. I bought a TCM from them and asked if it could be programmed. The service advisor mark said it would be no problem and even said hed have his shop foremen do it for two hours labor. I schedule the appointment and drive my car in. After about a week of no calls I get a call from mark saying the new transmission I just put in has locked up during programming and now needs a 5500 dollar valve body. None of this was mentioned as a possibility before booking. They locked up my transmission when trying to code it then expect me to pay for it. Drove the car there but need to tow it away and I get charged for that. Tech video was terrible could tell they didn’t want to work on my car he even said, he didn’t know how much longer he was going to continue working on it in the video. As if I didn’t bring it to them to be worked on! He didn’t even do a full MPI, only called out exactly what I brought the car for, as if I don’t know all the things the car needed plus more. I was willing to spend around 3500 to get this car back up and running but not after that service. I didn’t even get a call to tell me my car was ready for pick up for another 3 weeks. Terrible, terrible service truly and I hate to admit but this is why we get such a bad wrap as techs in this industry all money but no worth. More

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead was excellent! Mark was very helpful, and they accommodated me with a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciated.
