Impossible to get through to service. I have called many times and three of those times I left message for a call back......NO RESPONSE. I purchased my certified used MB at this dealership. I have just over 13k on the car in just under two years. Now my brake pad warning light is on. If the car was actually certified I don't think the brakes would be worn out this soon with so few miles. It would be appropriate if I was able to speak with someone. More

He will attempt to provide the service quickly if I have a reservation or I drop in. He will remind me of things we need to do at the next service appointment if I elected or declined a service. He will tell me how it will affect the performance of my Benz. He appears to have a great relationship with the other departments especially the greeters. I have his number on speed dial. More
Sales experience was near perfect, and for 4 years my service experience met the same standard. My service advisor was knowledgeable, follow up on pending items and helped anticipate upcoming service. service experience met the same standard. My service advisor was knowledgeable, follow up on pending items and helped anticipate upcoming service. I fortunately had the same advisor for the entire time. When he left and I was assigned another advisor it couldn’t have been more different. He put forth very little effort to address my service needs. They were not complicated and could easily been handled with just a little interest. When I was sent a questionnaire after the service (by phone and electronically by MB) I indicated that I needed to speak with someone from the dealership to discuss my concerns with service. I called the dealership and requested to speak with someone about my experience. I never received a reply. It’s been 3 years and I’m obviously not still waiting for a response. I still have that vehicle and I’ve since purchased another. I have not and would not return to this dealership. More

I ordered another Mercedes van for my company in early September. The agreed upon price, which was detailed at the time of ordering via a signed quote, was $49,320. Michael, the commercial van sales man September. The agreed upon price, which was detailed at the time of ordering via a signed quote, was $49,320. Michael, the commercial van sales manager, emailed me a few days ago and told me that my van had arrived and attached a "revised" quote of $60,631. When I questioned the price jump of $11,311, Tom, the assistant commercial sales manager, informed me that as standard practice a "market adjustment" of $10,000 was tacked on to every vehicle. Over $11,000 was added to the agreed upon price of my van. Additionally, Tom indicated that Michael had told me at the time of ordering my van that $10,000 would be added to the price. I, of course, was never told this and I never discussed, with anyone, paying over $10,000 more than the agreed amount at the time of delivery. I would have never agreed to such a ridiculous and shady deal. I'm pretty sure what's happening here is that the dealership, because of the lack of inventory and the demand for commercial vans, knows that they can sell my van for more money than the amount that they agreed to sell it to me for. I have purchased many, many vehicles for both my company and personal use and, without a doubt, this has been the worst buying experience that I have ever been involved with. This dealership knows nothing about honesty and integrity. More
