First time I entered this location to look around to purchase a vehicle, I felt very happy & comfortable. When I actually returned to purchase my vehicle I was not as happy. The vehicle that I purchased purchase a vehicle, I felt very happy & comfortable. When I actually returned to purchase my vehicle I was not as happy. The vehicle that I purchased has an odor that was not recognize to me until after three day of driving it. I was not happy about the detail that was done to my vehicle. I felt like it was rushed and should not have been. I spent over 42,000 at this dealership and my vehicle could have been detailed better. My original salesman Richard Kelley was very friendly in the beginning and was not as friendly after questions were being asked about the purcase of the vehicle. I'm excited to own a Mercedes but not excited about my experience. Christopher Dunn was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining the features of my vehicle. I appreciated him most in my experience at Mercedes of Buckhead. More

I was VERY disappointed with the delivery experience! I was made to feel like I was not worthy of top notch service. I understand that my salesman was working with another customer when I came in to pick u was made to feel like I was not worthy of top notch service. I understand that my salesman was working with another customer when I came in to pick up my car but I still should have been shown the same attention and courtesy that I would have been shown if I was purchasing a new S Class. I wanted to test drive the car before I signed the final paperwork because it had been a few days between test drive and the actual purchase. I had to ask a few times and then I was pointed to the back door where the car was located. I was instructed to go through the back door and drive out for the test drive. Finally, when I returned to complete my paperwork I was pleased with the seamlessness of the paperwork process. However, after I came out of the finance office, I was given my drive out paperwork and told Fred would take care of everything else. Well, I guess Fred's idea of taking care of everything else was giving me a handshake and pointing me to the back door again. No walk around! Nothing. He even told me to put the drive out sticker on the tag. Yes, he told me to do it. It was not until I asked if he wanted to get the key locker out of the car that he decided to come outside with me. While we was out there at the car, he decided that he would put the sticker on the tag. This baffles me because Fred came HIGHLY recommended by Eman in Smart Cars. I went to Eman first and he personally brought Fred to Smart Cars to be my salesman! Needless to say, I will not be referring anyone to Fred. I am sure he is one xxxx of a salesman but my timing must have been off for him on that day. I would also like to say that Jason was VERY helpful with information and facilitating the deal. He was always accessible and courteous! For that, I would do business with MB of Buckhead again! More

The salespersons that I worked with were so helpful. THey were not "pushy" and they did not rush me to take any decisions. Curtis and TIffany were so embarrassed, since it was the car that Richard had showed me and that I Iiked, that they looked all around the dealership to find something that I liked. It was a great experience. It felt like it had a real personal touch. I want to mention also how helpful the young lady that showed me the car and how everything worked was. SHe was extremely patient and even though it was late and they were about to close, she did not rush me. More

When I first called & spoke with Fred I told him what I was looking for, he asked me to let him check and he called me back in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived the same day he had my car waiting for I was looking for, he asked me to let him check and he called me back in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived the same day he had my car waiting for me!! Fred was friendly, knowleable, awswered all my questions, and worked with me to get the price I needed. Also, the person who did the paperwork was outstanding as well as the lady that hooked up my phone. Fred has followed up with me to make sure I am happy. I love my car and so does everyone that has seen it & I have already told them about Fred & Buckhead dealership, I am one happy lady, love my red-Benz & Fred!!! More
