Michael was very responsive and attentive to my needs. He listened and proactively addressed my questions. I was looking at BMW, Cadillac and Mercedes. This is the second Benz we have purchased from John in the past 24 months. He is a great person, salesmen, and has our complete trust. The experience was fantastic from the very beginning. I had dealt with two other Mercedes dealerships so I had something to compare the service to. Cole immediately responded to my initial email which I s had dealt with two other Mercedes dealerships so I had something to compare the service to. Cole immediately responded to my initial email which I sent late in the evening and asked me some specific questions about my preferences. The next morning he contacted me by phone and had already matched me up with exactly what I was looking at a great price. We set a time for a test drive and not more than an hour or so later, I was in my Benz driving home. Alvin Gomez was my sales consultant and he was really down to earth and very personable. He has a way with people, finds some common ground and did a nice job relating to me on a personal level. The gentleman who processed my loan was very informative and efficient, but I do not remember his name, right off hand. After the sale, they allowed me to leave my old vehicle parked in front of the dealership for a few days and even offered to help me get it home. Cole also assisted me with a Satellite radio issue I was having a week later. I feel very comfortable in that if I ever experience a problem, I know I can contact Cole and he will assist me. I highly recommend this dealership and its employees and will certainly refer any anyone who is in the market for a new car. As far as pricing goes, the Buckhead location seems to offer more bang for buck. Keep up the great job. More

I must admit that I was a little intimidated to walk into a Mercedes dealership - especially to buy a used VW. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself receiving the same "Mercedes-level" customer a Mercedes dealership - especially to buy a used VW. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself receiving the same "Mercedes-level" customer service for my purchase as those around me looking at and buying a new Mercedes. It was a very pleasant and painless experience, and I definitely would go back to Mercedes of Buckhead for my next car purchase if possible. More

I enjoyed my experience at MB Buckhead and working with Curtis to "do the deal" and then Nik for the pricing aspect. They were both straight shooters and were very quick to respond.
