From the moment Carol Davis began helping us, she treated Jill and I like family. Carol listened to our wants and delivered on a spectacular vehicle. Getting in the vehicle, Carol gave us a top to bottom explanation the the GLK and gadgetry helping both Jill and I understand all the features the vehicle had to offer. Any questions we had, she explained in exacting detail how the particular system worked. In the showroom her service continued. Walking us though the paperwork Carol made everything simple and clear as well as ensuring Jill and I always had something to drink/eat. Carol was excellent in her service and I will fully recommend her and the Mercedes-Benz Buckhead team to all my friends and family. More

I had an extremely positive experience with Russell from the first minute. He wasn't high pressure, but made sure to give me all the information I needed. I would recommend Mercedes Buckhead to my friends and plan on getting all of my service done with them. Mercedes Benz of Buckhead is a beautiful facility. The people were very nice and friendly. Malcolm was very good to work with. I assume I will get my tag for the vehicle in the next couple weeks. One issue of concern was your automated follow up system. I received no less than 8 automated emails from MB of Buckhead or Malcom hoping that I was pleased with the service during the 4 days of the transaction. I also received a phone call telling me about the survey coming. One or 2 contacts is OK but when you get as many as I did with the same text about service it is almost annoying and certainly makes one question the sincerity of the emails. It seems like you all are trying to game the system. I expect a seamless transaction with a dealership of this caliber and hope you will fix the issue. More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because the level of customer service depreciates with the value of the car once you sign on the dotted line and drive off the lot. I have recently paid my car off in full and had a question regarding gap insurance. I left 3 voice mails for the finance department and not one was returned. Finally, I was able to speak with David and explained my question. In short, I wanted to know if I am to expect a refund from my gap insurance. His tone was unprofessional and he did not put forth any effort to locate my file because it was "older than 4 years and not saved in his computer". In my experience, this dealership will do their very best to get you in a new car but they do not work to retain customers for repeat business. More

I was very demanding for a long period of time when choosing my car. I shopped around at other MB dealers and worked with other sales people but George by far was the nicest and most patient with me. choosing my car. The day I purchased my car there was a couple in front of me that had purchased their 2nd car from George and swore he was the best salesperson they had met. I would have to agree. I can honestly say that I had decent offers from other dealers but was very put off by the salespeople there and George was the reason I decided to purchase from the Buckhead location. More
