From the moment we entered the dealership, Curtis was friendly, accommodating and very informative. He had a thorough knowledge of the car in which we were interested and communicated it clearly. Curtis has a wonderful balance between presenting the features and benefits of purchasing a Mercedes, without being critical of other cars on the market, which in my case would have been a turn off and hinderance in purchasing from him. He was readily available and sought diligently to make sure we were happy with our purchase. In addition, the other gentlemen with which we worked were professional and very helpful as well. We have the highest praise for our experience with the MB Buckhead dealership! More

Outstanding experience with Marc and the dealership. The only negative is that it took a long time (@4 months) to get our 2013 GL550 due to the customer interior and color. We came to Mercedes of Buckhead already knowing what car we wanted. Kevin and Malcolm were extremely helpful in explaining the different packages and add-ons for the vehicle. Mercedes of Buckhead was initially one of a couple of dealerships we were looking at. But, their customer service and help with all of our questions were the reason we chose this dealership. Then we found the perfect car with everything we wanted (more than actually). We worked out a price that was right and we purchased our first Mercedes. Thank you all for your help. We love our GL450.
