My car was damaged at this dealership while it was serviced there. After I pointed out the damage, no less than three employees added insult to injury by gaslighting me. Unfortunately, I will need to serviced there. After I pointed out the damage, no less than three employees added insult to injury by gaslighting me. Unfortunately, I will need to file an insurance claim in order to have the damage fixed. Lesson: Be prepared to file an insurance claim with YOUR insurance company if something happens to your car while in the care of Mercedes Benz Of Buckhead, because they will NOT do anything about it.
