Making the appt on line was a breeze. I was able to get in the same day for B service. Factory service requirements cost $678 out the door. Initially the sales person said the B service was $1199. When I booked it quoted $599 . He back tracked after I informed him. Seemed a little sketchy. After I dropped my car off 4 recommendations ( outside factory service requirements) were made that would have cost additional ~2k. If those were necessary , then MB would include that in the service. They did give a free ride back to my house. Overall the service went smoothly . I’ll give it 4/5 stars. More

I originally stopped into the Mercedes dealership just to explore my options because my old ML350 was starting to have issues. From the moment I met my sales representative, “The Car Lady,” the experience completely changed for me. She was absolutely incredible. She truly listened to what I wanted and understood my non-negotiable goal of keeping my car note under $1,000. Instead of pushing something unrealistic, she worked with me and found the perfect car that fit both my lifestyle and my budget. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process, not only to me but also to my younger brother who was with me. I never felt pressured, only supported and informed every step of the way. Car buying can be stressful, but she made the experience exciting, smooth, and honestly fun. Because of her professionalism and care, I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. She is truly an asset to Mercedes-Benz, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I definetely will not buy a mercedes else where. Also, the hostess in the lobby deserves a mention. She makes me feel at home everytime I visit, like an old friend. She is the face of the dealership and that is a very good indication and first impression for level of service you can expect. Nothing but FIRST CLASS all the way. Finally, the loaner vehicle specialist is very thorough and makes sure I receive a nice loaner. She is very friendly and always has a positive attitude making the entire experience the icing on the cake. More
Good people, but service charges are ridiculous. Diagnostic fee cost is a joke when it takes 5 min to run, dealership or not that’s price gouging. . Labor also will cost you 80% of your bill. Regular service charge is fine, that’s what you expect with luxury vehicles, but if you know German engineering, and drive your vehicle reasonably, you don’t need service as often as they say and text you. Again, good people but the dealership needs reassessing - don’t tell me you aren’t making a killing off people. More
