Honesty and good attitude I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty I purchased my 1st. MBZ at another dealership, it had an electric problem that they could not fix in 2 years, spent plenty of money after the warranty expired, I took it to Calabasas and they took care of it on the first visit. Now I take my new one to them, the service is excellent, they keep you informed of the status, great attitude and promptness, and all of this with a smile. I highly recommend it. More

Amazing sales experience I recently purchased a GLA250 from Mercedes of Calabasas and I was pleasantly surprised how genuine, patient and interested my salesperson Anna was in I recently purchased a GLA250 from Mercedes of Calabasas and I was pleasantly surprised how genuine, patient and interested my salesperson Anna was in making sure I was happy with buying a new car. She was knowledgeable and respected my budget while maintaining a fiscal position that made sense for Mercedes. Upselling I was told I needed 4 new tires for around $1,400 despite my having tires purchased less than 2 years ago with less than 15,000 miles. I was also told, as I have been nearly every time I have brought my car in for service, that I need brake pads, despite that service having been performed recently as well. More

Not terribly satisfied I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & expli I was rather disappointed with my overall experience. 1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & explicitly said not to do so. 2. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and the wheels were bent & brakes were bad. I had to take the car to a 3rd party auto shop to diagnose the problem that arose shortly after having purchased the vehicle (shaking). The sales reps and service managers were not very much help. I was in fact hung up on multiple times by the sales reps. (Sunil & Others) Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the Pre-Owned Director told me that "Mercedes are expensive cars" (as though I was unaware) and that "if I have a far commute, that this wear is normal." Which is ridiculous. According to that, I need new brakes and rotors every 3 weeks. smh The one redeeming factor is that they did fix the rims/wheels. I would give a big thanks to the Customer Relations Manager who went above and beyond with all my concerns. Danielle is great! More
