If you are wondering why I had a pristine mat, easy: when I got the car in 2011, your sales person gave me an extra set since they were so/so when I got the car. After years of washing the old ones, I just put the new ones IN. Let me see what I can tease OUT stain wise. If that fails, I might have to ask for ONE new driver-side floor mat in pearl grey. $2k already into lease with no care from dealership Leased a GLC 300 which was used as an executive loaner car. Within first 4 months responsible to pay a milestone, then another significant service mil Leased a GLC 300 which was used as an executive loaner car. Tried to email salesman and GM with no response or assistance. Never will lease a Mercedes again. More
