New Customer and First Service Visit I brought both the GLS and GLE there for service back to back and the experience was great. I previously had a bad experience at Presitge in Paramu I brought both the GLS and GLE there for service back to back and the experience was great. I previously had a bad experience at Presitge in Paramus and was told that they could not service this time for 2 weeks. Here they offered me an appointment in 2 days with a loaner vehicle and went right to work on each vehicle with no hassles. The service was performed as proposed and the work was done quickly so that both vehicles were completed within two days. I will never go back to Paramus and will now do my future service and purchases here. More

If you wait, the waiting room is comfortable. Refreshments are available. My service rep, Anthony Hooper, is patient, precise and efficient. He is a great asset. All the employees you come in contact with are very friendly and helpful. When you arrive or depart, they even help make certain you have all your personal property. You are never rushed ... even though I am slow. Most importantly, the job is done right ... the first time. My car is returned clean and promptly. Need a dealership, this is the one. More
