Franca Marciano is an AWSOME service technician! My wife hit an awful pot hole on her way home from a charity event on April, 10th. The blow was so hard that it damaged the front passenger tire and r My wife hit an awful pot hole on her way home from a charity event on April, 10th. The blow was so hard that it damaged the front passenger tire and rim unbeknownst to her at the time she got home. The next morning she saw the tire was flat and would not hold any air. We contacted MB roadside assistance which showed up within an hour and I went to the dealership to wait for the repairs. Thankfully Franca found both the tire and rim and was able to get the car back to us in time for an appointment we had around three PM that day. I can't thank Franca enough for getting our car ready and safe in record time and the effort she put towards getting the damage covered by MB! Its not often you can drive a fantastic car, have an outstanding service department and staff that goes the extra mile (and then some) to help a customer and make them happy! Good job I had a problem with the parking brake. Due to the transfer of CPO warranty, which took some time to get it done, I had a loaner car for 3 days. Whe I had a problem with the parking brake. Due to the transfer of CPO warranty, which took some time to get it done, I had a loaner car for 3 days. When I got the car, the gas level was already low. I had to refill the gas for $15. The loaner car guy, Anthony, told me that I could get reimbursement as long as I had receipt. When I went to get my car, I was told here was no way to get any reimbursement. I don’t know if that’s the way MB treats your customers. More
