All was well until I drove away. The 'check engine' light, which was what I wanted fixed (it was constantly on) was out - that was good. New staff, better service! I will be back to visit Dylan for sure. My 3 plus hours sitting and waiting at the dealership was fun (who says that?) Well, it was because of the sales staff who entertained me and stopped to say hello. I would buy a car from Sierra or Erec any day. Dylan and I got to talk about cars and car care. That was fun too. He is passionate about detailing cars as am I. Professional, fun, caring staff. This visit cemented my loyalty to this dealership. Looking forward to my next service! And the person who spoke to me on the phone to set my appointment was awesome. He made me laugh and his personality came through the call unlike last year (that person was short, rude, and absolutely no personality). This dealership has received a huge upgrade by investing in people who take care of the customer! Thank you to the entire staff. I may have to stop by with some goodies. More
