Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy; several days/times were available which made it very convenient. My service advisor was personable and kept me updated on the expected wait time. They lied to me. I had my car towed because I thought something else was wrong, not realizing it was simply out of gas. They told me it was a fuel pump sensor issue, I had my car towed because I thought something else was wrong, not realizing it was simply out of gas. They told me it was a fuel pump sensor issue, but I later found out there was nothing wrong with my car. When I got my car back, it was making a terrible sound. I honestly don’t know what they did to it. I called them, and they promised to call me back, but they never did. I’m very disappointed. More
