When they work on my cl 65 amg I know they will fix it and get it back on the road asap. Your service advisors are knowledgeable and keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. The parts that are used for repairs are genuine Mercedes Parts which I know are the best parts for my vehicle. I am also very confident that the problem with my vehicle has been repaired. They do a great job of making sure my car is road ready. If anything else comes up during inspections they notify me immediately with Quotes for repairs. I know that when my wife drives the car it will be safe and reliable so I can relax and not worry. More

Trading up to a Mercedes for the first time can be daunting, but Vaughn and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville made it hassle-free for my wife and I. As we considered options to replace my wife' daunting, but Vaughn and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville made it hassle-free for my wife and I. As we considered options to replace my wife's Honda, Vaughn patiently guided us through test drives and answered all our newbie questions. He took the time to explain different models and features without any pressure. Everyone we talked to recommended Mercedes Benz of Centerville, part of the Bob Ross dealership group, and they lived up to their reputation. Once we decided on a model, they quickly handled paperwork while prepping the car. To top it off, we even snagged a photo with owner Jenell Ross! From start to finish, they exceeded expectations.
