All the service staff people were friendly and easy to interact with. The maintenance repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. My only concern was that the emissions recall job could not be interact with. The maintenance repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. The recall letter from Mercedes said that the recall repair would be performed at no cost to me. More

I had an issue with door seal on my 2016 M/B GLE450 AMG Coupe. Dan Phong stepped up to quickly review part and determined they would replace it under warranty.
