I brought my car in before my appointment for service at 9:30 a.m. That's when the apologies began. MBoC was very sorry to keep me waiting. I was told the car would be ready in "a couple hours." According t 9:30 a.m. That's when the apologies began. MBoC was very sorry to keep me waiting. I was told the car would be ready in "a couple hours." According to the tracking, a mechanic didn't first look at the car for ANOTHER TWO HOURS. AT 3:30 pm I was informed the car would be ready and I'd be picked up a home. I was, but someone named Kate told my driver to divert and pick up another customer. WE WAITED TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES for this other customer to come out from work. And so by the time I picked up my car I was in solid rush hour traffic. The driver apologized a dozen times but her hands were tied. Who is Kate? Why did I have to wait? There were other service issues, but I'm not wasting anymore time on this survey. More
