Not my best experience with Bob Ross. I also asked Katie if I could have the 40k mile service done since it was there and needed to be done. Transportation was provided to drop me off at work. I didn't hear anything throughout the day, so called for a status update just before 5p. I was told there had been no time for the technician to look at it that day, so scheduled service for the next day with it being picked up at my home since I wasn't going to the office. Again, I called just before 5p and was told by Don (I think) it was still in service and wouldn't be ready until the next day. I shared my need to go into the office early the next day, and was asked allow the person to check on it again. He called me back 10 minutes later and told me that it was, in fact, completed and could be picked up anytime before 6p. When I stated that it had been picked up at my home and I had no way of getting to the dealership, he stated that he didn't know what conversation I had had with Katie for arrangements to get the car, almost flippantly. I explained that Katie and I didn't have an expressed conversation, but perhaps mistakenly, I had assumed my car would have been dropped back off rather than me needing to find a way to go get it. In the end, he arranged a driver to pick me up and take me to the dealership the next morning, but I was late to an important meeting due to the lack of communication. All that said, I fully understand it was originally a drop-off situation and I was squeezed into the rotation, and I do appreciate that. However, it would have been a much better experience had I been given a loaner rather than playing the game of timing and logistics. More
I was treated exceptionally well by the staff. She went above the normal standards by putting in my google maps to and from stores and salons in the area so I wouldn’t waste time while waiting.
