The people at this place are TERRIBLE! ! Their customer service was HORRIBLE!! I was at this dealer for 8 HOURS trying to get a service B which they never completed? My Mercedes has also b ! My Mercedes has also been acting up ever since I took it here, I’ve missed multiple opportunities due to my car not running literally the day after getting serviced here! They did not even wash my car after pretending to do services they did not perform, but charged me for. I have proof They did not do any of the work I paid them to do, and the work they did perform on my car was done HORRIBLY and extremely LAZY, and I ended up having to take my car to another dealership to be properly serviced. I will never EVER go back to Mercedes or Centerville for ANY reason at all ever!! More

I brought my car in before my appointment for service at 9:30 a.m. That's when the apologies began. MBoC was very sorry to keep me waiting. I was told the car would be ready in "a couple hours." According to the tracking, a mechanic didn't first look at the car for ANOTHER TWO HOURS. AT 3:30 pm I was informed the car would be ready and I'd be picked up a home. I was, but someone named Kate told my driver to divert and pick up another customer. WE WAITED TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES for this other customer to come out from work. And so by the time I picked up my car I was in solid rush hour traffic. The driver apologized a dozen times but her hands were tied. Who is Kate? Why did I have to wait? There were other service issues, but I'm not wasting anymore time on this survey. More
