The service went well. The scheduler had not entered our request for loaner car. We were advised to bring insurance info and approval too which we did. When they work on my cl 65 amg I know they will fix it and get it back on the road asap. Your service advisors are knowledgeable and keep me informed on the progress of my repairs. The parts that are used for repairs are genuine Mercedes Parts which I know are the best parts for my vehicle. I am also very confident that the problem with my vehicle has been repaired. They do a great job of making sure my car is road ready. If anything else comes up during inspections they notify me immediately with Quotes for repairs. I know that when my wife drives the car it will be safe and reliable so I can relax and not worry. More
