The work appears to be fine. They gave me a ride home which I did appreciate. The cost for the work preformed is way out of line with other dealers that service my other cars. Instead of telling me that my filters need to be replaced, they contact me or come to the waiting room and show me the filters and recommend replacement. Then I can decide at that time what I want to do, instead of telling me I didn't do Part B. Not good customer service! I was called at 3pm and told my car was ready. I arrived at 445pm and although the work was done, my car was still dirty. They had 1 hr. and 45 minutes to run it through the washer, yet told me they didn't have time. I waited 10 minutes to run it through the washer. For the amount you charge, they should have made sure it was at least washed. More

Repair work was done in a timely fashion and I was given a loaner car without asking since it was going to take awhile. It seemed that MB knew of the problem with the cylinder head of the GLB and that is wh a loaner car without asking since it was going to take awhile. It seemed that MB knew of the problem with the cylinder head of the GLB and that is why it was covered under "extended Warranty ". That was the impression I got. If that is the case I wish a recall had been issued so I could have electively had repair work done when all the parts were available and not wait 10 days. More

Work was completed in a timely manner as promised. Unfortunately, the car wash wasn't working so that was disappointing.
