The service manager was ok. I never got a call from him to tell me the progress on the car repair during the 6 days that it was there over the memorial weekend, but he did call I never got a call from him to tell me the progress on the car repair during the 6 days that it was there over the memorial weekend, but he did call and leave a VM to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. Other than that, I was surprised to find out that there was a $30 charge for Fuel on the loaner car that was given to me. The charge was not mentioned once when they gave me the loaner. More
