DONT EVER STEP THROUGH THERE DOOR RIP OFF MERCHANTS Tried to rip me off for $6500FOR A JOB which only cost $1500 at another mercedes specialist they claimed that all the work to repair my cruise control was to rip me off for $6500FOR A JOB which only cost $1500 at another mercedes specialist they claimed that all the work to repair my cruise control was necessary. Most of what they insisted had to be done was completely unnecessary. They also lied about the cost of inspection of my car and tried to charge $460 just to see what the issue was. Sent me a short video of a technician walking round my car. Didnt provide any proof of what neede doing untill i insisted on knowing how they got to $ 6500 most of the items had no bearing on the repair THEN THEY EVEN ADMITTED THEY HAD LOOKED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE ON THE INTERNET TO CHECK ME OUT! I had a scheduled appointment and Yaroslav Shendryk was my Service Advisor. I appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness. He got me out of there in no time with a loaner. When service was completed my Service Advisor. I appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness. He got me out of there in no time with a loaner. When service was completed, they notified me. Also I was able to set up my appointment online and they reminded. I truly appreciate the changes and would recommend MB of Chantilly! More
