I not only emailed Bert O"Neal, with contact information, I called and left a message for you to call me personally. I have had no response from you. I understand that someone messed up and the response is now, Mercedes is no longer issuing back Prepaid Maintenance regardless if non use, unless it is within 30 days. I am sorry but that is not what was told to me when I purchased 2 new vehicle from your dealership within a 6 month period. I lost money on the trade, but was happy with my new purchase...However, I never expected to lose the $1920 I was required to purchase with each new vehicle. Still waiting for this matter to be resolved.
