I would like to start by stating that I have never been treated as good as I have in my 20 years of car buying as I have been treated in Mercedes Chantilly. The level of service, patience and attention to detail can only be compared to fine dining. I felt empowered by the Mr Addy's ability to meet my every request and needs in the vehicle I was looking for. Despite a full showroom I was treated as though I was the only person shopping that day and I have nothing but rave reviews for this Mercedes of Chantilly. Bought a 2012 C-Class a year ago at this dealership through Pat Doyle. Strongly recommend both Pat and the dealership. They have an excellent inventory -- I was drooling all over the lot. Brought it in for scheduled maintenance once and for a tire replacement (damaged a tire on a piece of metal). Before calling the dealership, called three or four local tire shops for quotes. Was pleasantly surprized that the dealership's price was in line with local mechanics. Brought in the car by 8am -- was out by 9am. Lisa Butchko, the service advisor, was very nice and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy anything extra. I am definitely a future return customer. Give this dealership a try and ask for Pat Doyle -- a very nice and trustworthy man. Sodik greeted me at the door and was extremely accommodating. He was eager to show me the inventory, allowed me to test drive a few models, was patient when I couldn't decide on a color, and ulti accommodating.
