Came here to see a Used Aviator and approximately 2 hours later I drove off the lot with my new Lincoln. We were greeted with respect and felt welcomed the moment we walked in. We first met Eric Carlson who later introduced us to Nick Spahic who greeted us with such great manners and was very respectful, not pressuring at all either. He was very patient with us when I was deciding to buy the Lincoln and I really liked the car and I love how he offered to show us the carfax and the service records the Aviator had done when it came to the dealer. Nick was very honest with everything and answered our questions as best as he could. The price of the Lincoln was also very reasonalble and fair. He showed us how to use the Aviator's Navigation and all of its options like how to fold the 3rd row seats and how to work the heated/AC seats. Such amazing service I got at this dealer that I don't regret my purchase that day. The manager was also a very charming woman who was so respectful and kind. She offered me a Tylenol pill when I said that my head hurt, such a nice lady. I didn't plan to buy a car that day but I did and came home happy with my Lincoln that I bought from Mercedes Benz Of Chantilly. Best experience I've ever recieved at a dealer as this was my first time buying off a dealer and I've never been happier to have bought my Lincoln off here.
