He sent follow-up emails and made phone calls to us to ensure we were happy with our purchase and to answer any questions. Also, had the same positive experience in the accessory sales department. Unfortunately, this is just another car sales person. We could not agree to the price over the phone, so she said that they would do better if I came to look at the car in person. (I made the drive of 150+ miles by the way.) I should not have believed a word of it. When I arrived in person, she reduced the price of the car a few hundred dollars, and explained to me that they would be losing money on the car. I really should have known better. My bad. Although I could have gotten more by selling it myself, we negotiated a reasonable price and made it very easy to complete the transaction. Sadik did not 'pressure' me during the transaction and I felt he was working with me to make a good deal that management would accept. More
I've taken my CLK into this dealer to hopefully resolve a problem with squeaky brakes. I was told that squeaky brakes are very common complaint because they are 'sensitive'. So I spent $60k on a car that w problem with squeaky brakes. I was told that squeaky brakes are very common complaint because they are 'sensitive'. So I spent $60k on a car that will have squeaky brakes, most of the time. I was told there was nothing they can do, but to spend $675 on new brakes. BUT, this wouldn't necessarily solve the problem. Bottom line, I didn't buy the car there so I don't think they care about me as a customer. Mercedes corporate should care because I am never buying a Mercedes again! More

Helpful and friendly staff. Pretty efficient. We made the deal, signed paperwork and loan papers all in about 3 hours. The car we purchased was not available on site. My first time at the Mercedes Benz of Chantilly in the Dulles Auto park. I found a 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged online with a decent price of $33K/50K miles. The sales rep, Rick Poage assisted me after an inquiry call. He was knowledgeable about the history and features. Truly an immaculate truck and somehow after their big sales event I walked away with this car for $31K. My overall experience was exceptional, these guys take care of their customers and sell quality cars. I bought the high-tech warranty and they threw in a lo-jack for a very nominal price. Mr. Mak Khan, finance manager, knows his business and is a people person ready to work angles to get to the point where you need to be at. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Everyone I encountered in Sales and Service were respectful, responsive and aware of my needs. Sodik was outstanding with his attention, expertise, courtesy and listening skills. We purchased our car late on the Sunday before 4th of July. We were treated well and not rushed even though the purchase ran well past closing. A day after the purchase I noticed I had missed a tear in the leather and was quite upset that I had overlooked this. I spoke with Sodik about it and he and his manager arranged for a contractor to fix the tear, after the purchase. They gave me a loaner car, since I had to leave to car overnight. The manager Steve and Sodik were especially helpful with this since they did not have to do this, but they wanted me to be happy. Also (very important) Sodik was the first of four dealers (all with the intention to purchase) we visited that allowed us to take the car out for a test drive without the dealer in the car. When we purchased previously, we have taken cars overnight from other dealerships, or were allowed to drive them without the sales-person in the car. However, we have occasionally experienced somewhat questionable or different treatment at times. As African-American we are especially sensitive to this. There was no disparate treatment at this dealership at all. More
