I had a terrible experience last time when i gave my vehicle for my Transmission service and some engine recall. They took it back and re did somehting accepting their fault. But again i told them sever vehicle for my Transmission service and some engine recall. They took it back and re did somehting accepting their fault. But again i told them several times that im still not satisfied with the vehicle and no one even cared to call back. Also i having all sorts of worries and problems since then. This is my first time at chantilly and usually i go to tysons. i dont feel safe or comfortable driving my car like this anymore. Can someone care about your customers and give a courtesy call back. I cant take my car to a long drive and having feeling of wobbling and hear all kinds of sounds. they started happening since i took my car out of your dealership. More
Immediate attention after parking to look at cars, even though the closing time was only a few minutes away. Friendly, not pushy. Knowledgeable of the features and other vehicles on the lot. When he realized I was serious about purchasing the vehicle, gave me a tag to drive it over night, kept my trade vehicle to get a trade price instead of making me wait, or coming back. Finance readily accepted my bank's load information and processed the laon quickly. I met the service advisor and know the process for using the service department. The car was filled with gas and washed, even though the transfer/sale process lasted until 30 minutes after closing time. Everyone stayed to see that we were satisfied. The tags were process quickly. Every contact made with anyone at Chantilly has been pleasant, done efficiently and well. More
This was the most pleasant experence I've had buying a car. Robert was friendly, knowledgable and very professional yet made you feel special. The salesperson and I immediately formed a relationship that was honest and sincere. We took the car for test drive, he showed me all the options and standard things the car had and could do and I liked it and wanted to buy it. I have bought 8 new cars and one used car in the last 10 years and this is absolutely the best car buying experience I have had to date. The sales person was/is honest, sincere, courteous, professorial and very patient. Robert has called me 3 times since I bought the car to ask if everything is going ok with the car which has never happened before with any other car dealer. The showroom was immaculate, they offered me coffee, water and the bathroom is the cleanest bathroom than any restaurant I have been to. The finance manager was upfront, honest and also very professional (Prince Addy). I will recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to buy a car and have it be a good experience. I know they didn't have anything to do with the car itself but I love the car and it is the best car I have bought of all the cars I have owned. Again, thanks to Mercedes Benz, I am very happy with the dealership, the car, the staff and the financing, you will not get ALL of this from any car dealer I know because I have been to most of them. I bought a used car from this dealer. Mercedes assured me there were no major mechanical problems with the vehicle. Within 30 days my car had starting burning 5 quarts of oil every 140 miles. I took it to the services shop and they in turn could not find anything wrong with the car. They gave me an oil change and sent me on my way. I was able to make it home where I, again, needed to put more oil in the car. I called Mercedes the following morning and spoke with their Sales Manager, I do not recall his name. The Sales Manager told me to get the car towed in, at my own expense, and they would look at it. I continuously tried to call the dealership and they would not return my calls. I had to replace my engine as well as catalytic converters. There is no possible way this dealership did not know about the SERIOUS mechanical problems with this vehicle. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from them, they cover everything up. I should not have had to replace an engine, catalytic converter, and air flow meter within 90 days of purchasing this vehicle. More
