My experience at MB Chantilly was simply great. The people there value their customers with interest as compared to their competitors (I had been to Audi twice). We were assisted by a very cheerful lady Elaine Soska. We were interested in GLK 350 and she gave her best to explain the features from Front to Rear with keen interest. We went the next morning to finalize between GLK 350 and Audi Q5; and we said the same to them. They gave their best quote and were willing to meet all our requirements than just forcefully trying to reduce their inventory. Along with Elaine; Steve and Prince helped us with the paperwork and finance from start to end. They made it look easy. It's almost a month now and have received two calls from Elaine regarding the performance of the vehicle. To conclude; it's a great dealership which truly cares for their customers.
