Horrific service experience at this dealership. This review is not for sales but their service department. Lets start with the appointment called in a day before and asked them to change the appointment to todays date and was told its done which it wasnt. Luckily someone followed up from online service team/ sales team (not sure) but helped me reschedule the appointment for today. When i went into dealership the first issue with the windshield was not covered under warranty the next issue which is changing the knob/dial mechanism on the center console took them 4 hours to complete ... seriously if i haven't bought the car from you dose not mean u have to make your money by other means. My service advisor JEFFREY did not know any thing seriously this guy was sleeping at the job. I literally have to goto him to ask for updates ... this dude keep telling me they are working on it ended up waiting for 4 hours..xxxx get up and smell the coffe ... then their parts department is another issue .... they don't give out part numbers ? Who do that ?? I was like seriously the manager backed him up, that this is our policy. When i asked him where its written no answer from him!! Conclusion , I’m not sure about sales so wont comment on that ... but for service please run away from this dealership their service associate Jeffrey is slow as xxxx and their service department will try to make money out of you ... i thought 2020 was weird !!!

Just bringing your car in for service is a 5 star experience. You will receive valet service, and your car is returned washed and ready to go.

"Poor Service and Management"

Terrible incompetent service that is matched by incompetent management. Bought two cars here and will never buy from this dealer again. Neither should you. Had a nail in my tire, called parts and service to confirm that my exact tire was in stock. Confirmed twice. Service told me to come in and they would replace. Arrived at 9AM only to watch haphazard kids jump from one car to the next ignoring me and taking people out of order. Finally, helped after 20 minutes of waiting and told car would be ready in an hour or so. Inside covid precautions are seriously lacking. No hand sanitizer anywhere and customers without masks. You would think there was not a pandemic. Good luck to those employees who will likely catch something there. 2.5 hours later after standing out in the sun because the inside of the place was less than comfortable, I am told that actually do not have the tire in stock. They made a mistake and I am told to head home (30 minutes away) and come back tomorrow? Asked for a manager and a courtesy car. MB of Fort Wash. always provides courtesy cars. Told sorry no courtesy cars, but we can put you in a Lyft. A LYFT in COVID, really? Asked if someone could pick my car up tomorrow because of the mishap-- told no. Final slap in face was manager telling me he would give me a nice discount for the hours of wasted time and hassle. How much? $25 off of the $280 marked up tire. Too generous. Asked for sales manager, but she was too busy getting berated by another very unhappy customer. Called MB Fort Wash. and everything was as smooth as cake. Will never buy a car from here again and will tell everyone that I know not to as well. Service matters as does a response from managers. If you make a mistake, apologize and make it right. When you decide to offend the customer even more, you will lose him and many of his friends. Shame on me in some ways because this was the second serious screw up that I had with this dealer. I should have never come back after they tried to slip a new car with damaged paint past me before.

"UPDATE 6/26/20 — STEER CLEAR OF MERCEDES BENZ CHERRY HILL!"

Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, promptly responded to my complaint and quickly resolved this issue. Thank you Mercedes Benz U.S.A., and Rich, General Manager at the Cherry Hill store!! I lease a GLC SUV that I purchased at this store. I take the car in for service as scheduled, and I paid for the maintenance package in my deal. Anyway, today while in the area I noticed the passenger side windshield wiper blade was missing. The car is garage kept so I don’t know what happened. So I decided to stop by and see if Mercedes would replace the single blade: I also wanted them to check the tire pressure. I was approached by a young man, told him the issue and asked if they could accommodate me. The guy says that they don’t sell single wipers that I’d have to purchase a set. I told him that Mercedes installed new wipers at the last service, that the wipers were still good, very little use, and why would I throw away a good wiper. So he went around to several different people telling the situation, I couldn’t help but notice that these service managers seemed perturbed by my request, and it seemed as though my little issue was beneath them. As he spoke with the last service manager, for some reason, he came over to the car, lifted the wiper arm, looked at the end of it then went back to the manager. I don’t know what that was about. Anyway he said they wouldn’t replace the wiper blade. What would it have cost Mercedes to install a wiper blade?.

"Not good"

Dropped my mom’s car off at 10:30 am.... had not heard anything for 5 1/2 hours. Called to see what was going on... it was just a simple service... was told the car needed a new tire and it will be ready at five. I get there at five. I didn’t get the car back till 7pm. 8 and a half hours for a simple service and tire change. The man I dealt with was very apologetic...finally get the car, try to pay, and they won’t accept my check. No reason given. I will not go back.

"They completely Suck!!!"

Brad Davis and this dealership suck! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful customer service. If you want to be patronized and disrespected then this is the place to go.It took over a month to get a part and Brad never called to say it was received , to schedule .. NOTHING!!! They have no respect for their product and do not care about the Mercedes label. If i could return my car i would. I barely had the car 2 weeks and they managed to damage it while there for a simple check engine light. The dealership manager Richard is not any better which is why the losers under him have poor attitudes customer service and training. Buy an Audi!

"Called due to failing state inspection!"

After having my 2013 ML350 Bluetec worked on I took the car for inspection. To my astonishment it was rejected, I was told to drive it more to reset the computer. At 300 miles I had it reinspected, again rejected. I called MB of cherry hill where it had been worked on to the tune of $1800.00, I couldn't even get a person on the phone except for the receptionist. I asked for a service manager, there are 2 of them I was told, NEITHER OF THEM WAS IN THE OFFICE!! On a whim I called Atlantic City MB, got the service manager and he told me I needed to put 500 miles on the computer and it should reset. He told me I should have been informed of that from the previous dealer. Guaranteed my business now goes to Atlantic City, thank you very much. By the way, Cherry Hill never did return ANY calls!!

"Lying,miserable mechanics hateful of reliable customers"

So I bought a Mercedes for the first a little over a year age. The car was amazing in all aspects except the tires sucked. You drive over a rock and the tires go flat. The tires constantly needed air, too. I would have to stop at a WAWA twice a month to refill the tires with air.. I was systematically going to the dealership twice a month to have my tires changed because of flats. So I finally asked the dealers how about changing the tires? " Oh no you can't change the tires ever. These tires were made specifically for this car only how dare you ask us to change those tires?" The mechanics were angry and miserable every time I drove my car with the flat tire to have them changed. One time I was just waiting for my turn to be served and the mechanic yelled at me what are you ding here, don't you see I have customers? So like any normal person I changed dealerships. I went to another dealership 50 miles away, just to get my car cleaned. And in passing I asked the dealer can I change my tires to different tires? He said of course!!. I can have them changed in 5 minutes. 5 minutes??? I was begging for different tires for a year and a half at the cherry hill dealership. The AC dealership offered them to me in less than 5 minutes. I am a very busy guy who needs a reliable car. I can tell you driving with flimsy tiers was a living hell. Sometimes I would be stranded for 15 hours in the middle of nowhere, overnight, and I would come to work not bathed, wearing the same clothing from the day before because of those unreliable tires. All that time I could have been treated with some degree of respect, listened to and had appropriate service. Is that too much to ask when you buy a $100,000.00 car?
